Testimonials

My experience with Rainer Family Therapy was beyond excellent! Everyone involved from front office to P.T. staff treated me like family. I had fallen and bruise tissues around my ribs. Alot of pain and problems in preforming daily routines. Thanks to Kim and Barry for their expertise in relieving pain and allowing me to return to my daily routines. Rainer Family Therapy is BEST!

Faye H.

Everyone at Rainier Family Physical Therapy has helped both my husband and me so much over the past year! We have had to have much physical therapy over the past twenty-one years. And we have found that the caring, conscientious and capable therapists at Rainier Family Physical Therapy are the Best!! Each therapist is proficient. We actually look forward to going to PT. Thank you, thank you, thank you RFPT! We never want to go anywhere else!

Karen S.

Rainier Family Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy clinic in the Puyallup and Graham area. I have tried PT at other clinics all over the area and have never had results like I have at RFPT. All of the clincians are PHENOMENAL and the whole staff makes a point to learn everyone's name that walks in the door. If you need a physical therapy clinic, look no further. RFPT won't just leave you to do exercises by yourself. They will get hands on and treat the issue and get results!

Kyle C.

Everyone at that office was incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone that needs rehabilitation visit this office. You will be more than hapy with the results!

Tanner J.

Rainer physical therapy is amazing I wish I would’ve found this place many years ago down to the therapist and the aids and the front desk and the coordinator. All are amazing and caring. I had 2 shoulder surgeries and two ankle surgeries and hip therapy. They made me feel like new, thank you for making my therapy pleasant and caring. I always look forward to going to my therapy. They always made my day. You come here for Therapy you will not go anywhere else.

Marquita H.

I’ve been coming to Rainier Family PT for quite a while now. That sounds like a long time and it has been. My first time was in preparation for back surgery. After surgery I needed a lot of rehab Next Wes internal surgery, more rehab Just recently I had a knee replacement. Rehab is so important and that all do a wonderful job!! The staff all work together to make clients feel at home while you get wonderful rehab. I will not go anywhere else and encourage others to come here!

Kat S.

Rainier Family Physical Therapy has provided me services to improve my physical health. The staff is so supportive. They genuinely care. Being staff who work the desk are attentive as well as punctual making appointments making calls for follow-up care, making sure documents are received from the doctors or are sent to the doctors. The physical therapy staff members genuinely care. They take time to listen to what is wrong and work diligently to help improve my physical health. I appreciate their dedication as well as their Drive care for so many people who are in pain. I recommend anybody with physical pain come to Rainier Family Physical Therapy to begin a path to Wellness.

Michelle S.

Everyone here is so knowledgeable about different ways to help your physical therapy needs. They treat your whole body; they have simply amazed me every single time I've come in. Sometimes within minutes to a few hours my symptoms are gone! They are all so happy, the environment is almost homey, they make you feel like you are the most important person that came in to see them. I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone here. Come in, you too will be amazed and so very grateful that Kim and Sue created Rainier Family Physical Therapy.

Roberta T.

After undergoing ACL reconstructive knee and meniscus surgery I knew physical therapy was in my immediate future. I did a lot of research both online and with friends who had undergone physical therapy after these procedures. Virtually all of them cringed about how painful and difficult physical therapy was for them. Rainier Family immediately put me at ease. They showed genuine concern for me and my injury. They were always cognizant of my pain threshold and would loosen an area before pushing me so pain never had a negative affect on my progress. They addressed not only my injured knee, but also the surrounding areas affecting the knee so that I could recover more quickly. I was able to receive therapy from almost all of the staff and I have been amazed by the knowledge, experience, and education every one of them bring to the table. All of them are friendly and personable which allows for a very positive experience. I highly recommend Rainier Family Physical Therapy if you need to recover from any type of injury or ailment. I promise it will be a terrific experience.
